Year of Tap-Alongs

There’s a pattern I see all the time.

You do a course. You feel lighter. You swear you’ll keep tapping.
Then work piles up, someone gets sick, money gets tight, an old trigger gets hit…
and suddenly, when you need the tools the most, you can’t reach them.
Your nervous system just goes back to the program it knows: hold it in, get through the day, survive.

Year of Tap-Alongs exists for that exact moment – when you can’t coach yourself, but you still need help.

You Want Consistent Support.
You’re Scared You’ll Waste Another Year.
Both Are True.

You want to stop white-knuckling your way through every crisis.
You want a place to go when your brain goes blank and you can’t remember how to help yourself.
You want something that keeps bringing you back to the tools, instead of “I’ll tap later” that never really happens.
You want to actually change the program that runs your reactions – not just read about it.

That’s why you’re even reading this.

But there’s another part of you that’s wary:

You’re worried you’ll sign up and then life will get busy and you won’t show up.
You’re scared you’ll spend the money and still end up stuck.
You’ve tried “accountability” before and it fizzled out.
You’re not sure if tapping in a group can really touch your specific pain.
And underneath it all there’s that quiet voice:
“What if even this doesn’t work for me?”

That’s not weakness. That’s your brain trying to protect you from another disappointment.

This isn’t about forcing yourself to be perfect or motivated.
It’s about having somewhere to go, all year long, when you can’t do it alone. Over time, the consistency does the heavy lifting – not your willpower.

Andrew’s Story: From “Barely Holding On” to “New Lease on Life”

Andrew wasn’t new to eutaptics® FasterEFT™.

He’d done courses, live events, a lot of inner work. Life really was getting better – a decent job, some old grief softening, more moments where he actually liked himself. For the first time in a long time, he felt like he was climbing out of the hole.

Then the pandemic hit.

Slowly, he slid backwards. Hygiene went out the window. His jaw was clenched so hard he needed a mouth guard. He felt empty, heavy, and ashamed that after all the work he’d done, he was back in this place.

He told me,

“Everything I’d learned… I couldn’t access it anymore.”

So he started showing up to the tap-alongs.

On one of them, we went straight after the pressure in his body – the jaw, the headaches, the teenage memories of never being good enough. We tapped through the pictures his brain was using to keep him braced for impact.

He felt better that day, yes – but the big change came because he kept coming back.

Session after session, things shifted. By the end of the year, on a New Year tap-along, he looked and sounded like a different man: more present, less weighed down, genuinely hopeful. Same world. Same responsibilities. Different program running inside.

That’s what a year of guided tap-alongs can do.

Mary Ann’s Story: “If It Wasn’t for Them, I’d Be Under the Couch”

Mary Ann came in carrying two burdens at once: her own health problems and a husband who was very sick.

She watched videos. She joined a Heal Your Body training. She took Level 1 – twice.
But what held her up when life hit the hardest were the regular tap-alongs.

People in class knew her husband might not make it. On one tap-along, we went straight into that reality – the fear of losing him, the pictures of being alone, the “I can’t handle this” her nervous system kept playing. We tapped through it while he was still alive.

Half an hour after she got off that call, her husband died.

Later she said,

“If it wasn’t for them, I’d be under the couch.”

Because she’d been tapping consistently, she could feel her grief without being swallowed whole. She could remember him with love instead of only pain. She could keep functioning instead of collapsing.

To this day, she uses tap-alongs and her Happy Journal as part of how she lives. Not because her life turned into a fairy tale, but because she knows she has a way to work with whatever shows up.

That’s the kind of resilience a year of this work can build.

If there’s a part of you that’s tired of reruns and wants something different for this next year, listen to it. That part is right.

Year of Tap-Alongs is the bridge between
“I meant to work on myself again this year…”
and
“For once, I actually did – and I can feel it.”

Here’s What This Actually Is

Year of Tap-Alongs is a 12-month pass to live, online tap-along sessions with me.

No complicated structure. It’s simple:

You lock in regular times where you can show up, be honest about what’s going on, and tap while I guide you through changing the programs underneath it.

You don’t have to come with the “right words.”
You don’t have to be “good at tapping.”
You just show up, follow along, and let your system update.

Over time, what used to knock you flat doesn’t hit the same way anymore.

What You Actually Get Over the Year

You get:

  • Live tap-alongs throughout the year – You click the link, we get on Zoom, I ask the questions, you tap when I tell you to tap. You don’t have to figure it all out in your head first.
  • Help on the days you can’t coach yourself – When your brain goes blank and you forget what to do, you turn up anyway. We aim at what’s loud in your system and work it through together.
  • Borrowed benefits from others’ sessions – You tap while other people work on their pain. As they let go of trauma, grief, fear, or self-hatred, your own system can shift right along with them. It still amazes people how much changes just from tapping along.
  • Replays when you can’t be there live (if included in your offer)* – You can go back to the sessions that hit your exact pattern and build your own “reset” library over the year.

No perfection required. Just a place to keep coming back to.

The Kind of Stuff We End Up Working On

Over a year, patterns surface. We tap on things like:

The grief you can’t stop replaying.
The anger you’re ashamed of.
The “something’s wrong with me” health fear that keeps you up at night.
The money stress that makes you want to hide from your bank account.
The loneliness, heartbreak, or “I’m always the one not chosen” feeling.
The “I’m not good enough” voice that won’t shut up.
The procrastination and self-sabotage that shows up right when you’re close to what you want.
The overwhelm and “I’ve lost access to my tools” moments – just like Andrew had.

You don’t have to know where to start. You just keep showing up and we keep cleaning house.

If You Recognize Yourself Here, This Is For You

Be straight with yourself:

You’ve done courses or sessions before, but keeping it going on your own is where it breaks down.
You start tapping when you’re desperate, then stop as soon as you feel a little better.
When grief, anxiety, health scares, money panic, or relationship drama hit, your mind goes foggy and you go back to old habits.
You’re tired of telling yourself, “I’ll work on it when things calm down,” and watching another year disappear.

You’re not lazy. You’re not hopeless.
You’re just running a program without consistent support to rewrite it.

This isn’t for you if you want a magic wand while you stay numb and passive, or if you’re determined never to feel anything uncomfortable. You don’t have to be brave or polished. You just have to be willing to show up and tap.

If there’s a part of you that’s tired of reruns and wants something different for this next year, listen to it. That part is right.

One Year From Now: Two Roads

A year from today, you’ll have lived another twelve months either way.

Road A – You Keep Doing What You’ve Been Doing

You get hit by the same triggers.
You promise you’ll “get back to tapping” after this busy patch.
Another crisis comes. You muscle through it, then collapse when no one’s looking.
By this time next year, you’re carrying the same grief, the same fear, the same anger and shame – just deeper and more familiar.

Road B – You Commit to a Year of Tap-Alongs

You’ve actually used the tools steadily instead of in emergency bursts.
You’ve tapped through old memories that once crushed you.
Your reactions are different – fewer explosions, less shutdown, more honest calm.
You still have life to deal with, but you don’t feel alone in your head anymore. You know what to do when things hit.

Same twelve months.
Two completely different lives.

The only difference is what you decide to do now.
