Fiona came to a Level 1 training in Brisbane carrying a stack of issues—fibromyalgia, multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS), panic attacks, allergies, insomnia. She described eight years of avoiding chemicals, and then her “pit” happened: her apartment was being renovated—dust, paint, solvents—everything her system feared.
She said her biggest fear wasn’t just feeling sick. It was getting worse and worse until she ended up living in a car in the forest like people she’d seen in documentaries.
During the training we worked on the emotional links underneath it. Then they tested with real perfume. Her body dry-wretched at first—an instant reaction—like being punched. But as we tapped, the intensity kept dropping, until she could smell it like a “normal” scent instead of a threat.
She didn’t call it magic. She said she finally had the tools—and that it felt like the start of a new life.
