By the time people come to me, they have usually already tried enough to know this is not simple. They have done the routines, the supplements, the no-screens rule, the perfect bedtime setup, the white noise, the meditation, the podcasts, the sleep hacks, the getting up and trying again, the forcing, and the hoping.
And still, the same pattern keeps coming back.
That is why they come to me.
They do not come because they need another bedtime checklist. They already know the checklist. They do not come because they need another expert telling them to relax. If they could relax their way out of it, they would have done it already.
They come because they are tired of approaches that help them cope around the night while leaving the program underneath the night intact.
If what you have tried gave you management but not freedom, that is where I come in.
I have worked with people who had been fighting sleep for five, ten, even fifteen years. Things started shifting in sessions because we stopped fighting the symptom and started cleaning up the program driving it.
That is the difference in my work. Most approaches try to manage the night. I help you clean up the program your brain and body are still obeying.
