Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience with tapping or eutaptics® FasterEFT™?
Nope. Robert will walk you through the process each time. Beginners are welcome.

Will I be working directly with Robert?
Yes. You can raise your hand to volunteer, or stay off-camera and tap along silently. Either way, you’ll receive borrowed benefits.

What if I don’t know what to work on?
That’s okay. Robert helps you find the right starting point, even if you feel foggy, frozen, or overwhelmed.

What if I get triggered or emotional?
You’re always in control. You can mute, pause, or step away at any time. Robert’s method is designed to keep you grounded, not flooded.

Is this like therapy?
No. This is a tapping-based neuroplasticity process. It works by changing what your brain and body do with old emotional data, so you can finally let it go.

Why isn’t there a replay?
These are intentionally live-only. It creates a safer, more focused container and real healing happens in the moment, not on the replay.
