We’ll look at when your symptoms started and how they’ve escalated.

You’ll connect the dots between emotional stress, life events, and your sensitivities.

Week 5 – Integrate, Stabilize, and Move Forward

We’ll strengthen your personal tapping plan for flares, setbacks, and daily life.

You’ll learn what to do when fear spikes or symptoms rise.
