Stop Smoking Now

Change The Emotional Need To Smoke — Not Just The Habit

You don’t smoke because you’re stupid.

You smoke because, somewhere along the way, your brain decided:

“This helps me cope.”
“This calms me down.”
“This is my break, my treat, my best friend.”

You may hate the smell.
You may hate the cost.
You may be scared of what it’s doing to your body.

But when you’re stressed, lonely, bored, or angry…
your hand still reaches for the pack.

You’re not broken — you’re just running a smoking program that your brain thinks is keeping you safe.

This course is where we change that program.

Are You One Of Those People Who…

  • Tells yourself “This is my last pack”… then buys another one anyway?
  • Smokes when you’re stressed, lonely, bored, driving, on break, after meals, with coffee, with alcohol — basically all the time?
  • Hides how much you actually smoke from the people who care about you?
  • Spends more money on cigarettes than you want to admit — and has nothing to show for it?
  • Has tried patches, gum, cold turkey, hypnosis… and either went back to smoking or switched to eating more instead?
  • Says you “love smoking,” but if you’re honest, you hate how controlled you feel?

You’re scared to keep smoking.
You’re scared to quit.

You don’t need more fear.
You need a way to change why you smoke in the first place

Why Quitting Hasn’t Worked (Yet)

A lot of people can stop smoking for a few days.

The problem is staying a non-smoker without:

  • Turning into someone who wants to “kill everybody”
  • Gaining 20, 50, or 100 pounds
  • Feeling like you’ve lost your best friend

Here’s what I’ve seen working with addictions since 2002:

  • Physically, after about three days of not smoking, your body is mostly done with the nicotine.
  • What’s left is the emotional addiction — the relationship you have with the cigarette.

You smoke because:

  • You’re bored
  • You’re lonely
  • You’re stressed
  • You’re celebrating
  • You’re with friends who smoke
  • You want an excuse to step away from people

The cigarette becomes your coping skill, your “best friend,” your way to escape feelings you don’t know how to handle.

If all you do is take away the cigarette,
your brain will reach for something else — food, soda, alcohol, sugar.

That’s why so many people say:

“I quit smoking… and gained 50 pounds.”

The real problem isn’t the cigarette.

It’s how you deal with how you feel.

That’s what we work on in Stop Smoking Now

You don’t have to force yourself to hate cigarettes.

You just have to let go of the emotional hooks that keep pulling you back.

That’s what Stop Smoking Now is here to help you do.

What This Course Is

Stop Smoking Now is a 5-week eutaptics® FasterEFT™ course (originally taught live, now available online) where I show you how to:

  • Break the emotional relationship you have with cigarettes
  • Install a new way to handle stress, boredom, loneliness, and pain
  • Build a “propulsion system” that makes smoking feel disgusting instead of comforting
  • See yourself as a non-smoker — and actually feel okay in that skin

You’re not just trying to “be strong.”

You’re changing the files in your brain that say:

“Smoking relaxes me.”
“Smoking is my friend.”
“I can’t cope without it.”

You’re not just trying to “be strong.”

You’re changing the files in your brain that say:

“Smoking relaxes me.”
“Smoking is my friend.”
“I can’t cope without it.”

A Few Stories From The Work

I’ve worked with all kinds of smokers:

  • A woman who smoked four packs a day and woke up every hour at night to smoke and drink tea. In one session she dropped down to one pack a day, because once we changed her emotional drivers, she didn’t need the extra packs.
  • A young woman who drank more than two six-packs of diet soda a day and smoked a pack every evening as her “treat.” She quit both without intense withdrawal by tapping on the feelings underneath and using new emotional links (like the “toilet story” that made cigarettes truly disgusting to her).
  • People who went to a hypnotist, quit smoking, then gained enormous amounts of weight. When we worked together, we didn’t just stop cigarettes — we changed the need to escape so they didn’t have to switch addictions.

I can’t promise you their exact results.

But I can give you the same step-by-step process they used to change the way their minds and bodies respond to smoking.

What You’ll Learn Inside Stop Smoking Now

1. How Smoking Really Works In Your Brain

You’ll discover:

  • Why your limbic system and emotional brain treat the cigarette as a solution, not a problem
  • How the nicotine cycle trains your body:
nicotine up → anxiety down → brain decides “smoking = relief”
  • Why the “relaxation” you feel is really just relaxing the addiction, not your real stress

Once you see this clearly, the cigarette starts losing its “magic.”

2. Finding Your Smoking Story

When did you start?

  • As rebellion?
  • To be accepted?
  • To copy someone you loved?

We’ll go after:

  • The first cigarettes – who you were with, why you did it
  • The best cigarettes – with coffee, with friends, on breaks, after sex, after meals, in the car, hiding outside in the rain
  • The “I need it” cigarettes – after fights, during anxiety, when you feel lonely or rejected

You’ll learn how to aim tapping at those memories and feelings so they stop calling you back.

3. Changing The Emotional Payoff

We’ll work on:

  • What smoking gives you:
    Comfort
    Calm
    A break
    Belonging
    A way to avoid feelings

  • What smoking costs you:
    Money
    Time
    Breath
    Self-respect
Health and years with people you love

You’ll make lists of:

  • Why you don’t want to quit (fears, payoffs)
  • Why you do want to quit

Then we’ll tap out the emotional pull of the “don’t want to” list and strengthen the “do want to” list.
This builds a propulsion system that moves you away from cigarettes and toward a life you actually want.

4. Rewiring Your Daily Triggers

We don’t just talk about quitting “in general.”

We go through your real life:

  • First cigarette in the morning
  • Cigarette with coffee
  • Cigarette in the car
  • Cigarette on breaks
  • Cigarette when you’re angry
  • Cigarette when you’re sad or lonely
  • Cigarette after meals
  • Cigarette with alcohol or certain friends

And we tap on:

  • The pictures in your mind
  • The feelings in your body
  • The beliefs that say, “I need this to cope”

You’ll learn how to change those internal movies so they don’t run automatically anymore.

5. Handling The Big Fears: Withdrawal, Anger, Weight Gain

A lot of smokers are less scared of cancer than they are of:

  • Getting fat
  • Losing their temper
  • Having no way to cope

We address all of that:

  • The fear of getting angry or “killing someone” if you don’t smoke
  • The fear of switching from smoking to overeating
  • The fear of being around smokers or triggers without giving in

We use tapping to:

  • Lower the emotional charge on those fears before you quit
  • Give you another coping skill (tapping) to use when feelings come up

You’re not left empty-handed.

6. Seeing Yourself As A Non-Smoker

If you can’t imagine yourself as a non-smoker, your brain will fight you.

We’ll work on:

  • Imagining yourself 1 year smoke-free
  • Imagining yourself 10 years smoke-free
  • Noticing what objections and emotions come up — and tapping through them

We want your future to feel:

  • Possible
  • Attractive
  • Emotionally safe

Not like a punishment.

Imagine Your Life As A Non-Smoker

Close your eyes for a second and picture this:

  • Waking up and not thinking about your first cigarette
  • Walking past someone smoking and feeling nothing but maybe a bit of compassion
  • Breathing easier when you walk up stairs
  • Not standing outside in the cold, rain, or heat while everyone else is inside having fun
  • Having more money for food, family, savings, or a vacation instead of ash and butts
  • Knowing deep down,
    “I don’t need that anymore.”
