What Happens In A Mid-Day Tap-Along?

Each week, for 2 hours, we meet live on Zoom:

1. We check in with the group.

People share (briefly) what’s coming up: stress, grief, pain, anxiety, guilt, whatever is loud that day.

2. One person comes to the “forum.”

  • I work with them one-on-one in the group.
  • We find the real emotional entry point — the memory, belief, or fear driving their current problem.
  • We use eutaptics® FasterEFT™ to change the way their brain and body are holding it.

3. Everyone taps along.

  • Even if your story is different, your nervous system is listening.
  • As we change their emotional files, your own system can start updating too.
  • That’s what we call borrowed benefits.

4. We settle and integrate.

  • We notice what’s lighter.
  • We anchor the changes.
  • You walk back into your day feeling more spacious than when you arrived.

You can volunteer, or you can stay quiet and still benefit.
Either way, the forum is your choice.

Here’s the kind of thing that happens in these spaces:

  • Someone comes in with knee pain they’ve had for years. We follow the pain back to old fear, pressure, and “I have to keep going for everyone else.” As we tap on those memories, the pain eases. They stand up and say, “It feels lighter. I can move.”
  • Someone else shows up carrying decades of guilt and grief. They’ve been holding a secret memory or a loss close to their chest, afraid that letting go of the pain means letting go of the love. As we tap, they’re still connected to what they lost, but the crushing weight starts to soften.
  • Another person shows up overwhelmed, mind racing, feeling like they’re on the edge of breaking down. We don’t try to fix their whole life in one call. We find one entry point. One memory. One fear. One belief. As we shift that, their whole system exhale gets a little deeper.
