I have been helping friends, family, clients and myself to address and release negative emotional baggage since the late 2000’s.

I had been a Fitness Instructor and knew the benefits of exercise both for a healthy, fit body but also as a stress release. When I became a Bowen Therapist, again I was working with the body, and this is when I became aware of the connection between physical and emotional health.

I was introduced to EFT and started learning and using it on myself but it seemed to take a long time to do. Then some friends and I attended a Transformational weekend with Robert Smith the founder of eutaptics® FasterEFT™.

This was different and I knew that this is what I wanted to do, so I bought the DVD set and started learning from them until Robert came back to Adelaide a little over a year later to do Level 1. From there he came back to Adelaide each year and I continued training with him.

10 years later and I am now an Upper Level 5 Certified Practitioner and helping teach the upcoming practitioners both in training seminars and monthly mentoring calls.

It has certainly changed my life and I wouldn’t be doing what I am today if I hadn’t cleared that memory and belief.
