I wish I had found FasterEFT 20 years ago, it would have saved me a lot of suffering and tens of thousands of dollars. I can now eat cheese, wheat, and even more leafy greens. I was down to a handful of foods and after about 5 or 6 months I started reacting to those. I can now go places. I took a transatlantic flight and didn’t pack food. I am so much better than I was and it’s only been a few months. I foresee a time in the near future when I won’t think about what I eat or if I am around some chemicals if I am going to get sick. I’ve seen benefits to my relationships as well. I reconnected with my father after not seeing him for 10 years. It turns out it’s not just about tapping on the symptoms, like I had tried to do with the original EFT. Or getting my gut flora to be more balanced. Or cutting out sugar. It really was a stress physiology and brain activity where I was successfully producing this chain reaction that wore down my body and opened it up to being reactive. Robert Smith’s methodology makes sense. It is brain science and it works.
